Ingredients: 1/2 cup Southern Recipe Small Batch Cranberry Jalapeño Pork Rinds, finely ground 4 Pork chops (3/4" to 1" thick) 1/4 tsp. Garlic powder 1/2 tsp. Paprika 2 cups Buttermilk 2 cups Flour Directions: Preheat air fryer to 400 °F. Mix finely ground pork rinds, garlic powder and paprika. Coat pork chop liberally in the mixture, then dip in buttermilk and dredge in flour. Air fry for 10 minutes, flipping halfway. Use a kitchen thermometer to confirm the internal temperature reaches 145° F. Allow to rest for 3 minutes before serving.
