Ingredients:
1/2 cup Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds, crushed
2 lbs. Lean ground beef
2 Eggs
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 Onion, minced
3 Celery stalks, diced
1/2 cup Sugar-free ketchup
1 Tbsp. Creole seasoning
1 tsp. Greek seasoning
1 Tbsp. Garlic powder Sauce:
3 Tbsp. Tomato paste
1 cup Sugar-free ketchup
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 °F.
Mix all ingredients.
Form into a loaf and place in a bread pan.
Bake for 45 minutes.
While meatloaf bakes, mix tomato paste and sugar-free ketchup to make the glaze.
Coat cooked meatloaf with glaze.
