Ingredients:
1/2 cup Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds, crushed
1 lb. Ground beef
1 lb. Ground chicken (or turkey)
1 Tbsp. Minced garlic
2 Eggs
1 Tbsp. Sesame seeds
1 Tbsp. Sesame oil
1 Tbsp. Ginger paste
1 1/2 tsp. Tajín seasoning
2 Tbsp. Cilantro, chopped
2 Tbsp. Green onion, chopped
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 °F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients together. Combine until well blended.
Form the meat mixture into golf-ball sized meatballs.
Place the meatballs on the baking sheet, and bake for 15-30 minutes or until the meatballs are fully cooked and golden brown.
