Cranberry Jalapeño Margarita

Cranberry Margarita Cocktail

Ingredients:


  • 1 oz. Cranberry juice

  • 1 oz. Orange juice

  • 1 oz. Tequila or Vodka (optional for a mocktail)

  • 1/2 cup Ice cubes

  • 1/2 cup Frozen cranberries

For the Rim:

  • 1/4 cup Cranberry Jalapeño pork rinds (finely crushed)

  • 1/2 tsp. Ground cinnamon

  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar

  • 1 Tbsp. Agave syrup

  • Frozen cranberries, for garnish


Directions:


  1. On a small plate, mix the crushed cranberry jalapeño pork rinds with ground cinnamon and sugar.

  2. Lightly coat the rim of your cocktail glass with agave syrup.

  3. Dip the rim into the crushed pork rind mixture, coating it evenly.

  4. In a blender, combine cranberry juice, orange juice, tequila or vodka (optional), cranberries and ice cubes.

  5. Blend on high until smooth and slushy.

  6. Pour the blended cocktail mixture into the prepared glass.

  7. Garnish with frozen cranberries.

  8. Serve immediately and enjoy the festive, blended twist!
