Avocado Pineapple Salsa

Some might like spicy, and some might like it sweet, but everyone loves a salsa you can scoop up with our pork rinds! What's the best pork rind flavor that'll complement this dip? You decide!

Ingredients:

• 1 bag. Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds for dipping the salsa

• 1/4 Fresh pineapple, cored and cut in pieces

• 1 avocado, diced

• 2 scallions, thinly sliced

• 6 cherry tomatoes, sliced in half

• 3 jalapeños, seeded and diced

• 1 cup black beans, rinsed

• 3 Tbsp lime Juice

• 1/2 cup. cilantro, chopped

• 1/2 tsp. salt
  

Directions:

1. In a large bowl, mix together the pineapple, salt, jalapeños, black beans, scallions and lime juice.

2. Gently mix in tomatoes, avocado and cilantro.

3. Serve with your favorite Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds.
