Warm and Creamy Bacon Dip

This creamy bacon dip goes hand in hand with any of our savory pork rinds. Try this easy recipe at your next get together or tailgate.

Ingredients
• 1 bag Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds, for dipping
• 8 oz. Cream cheese, softened
• 2 cups Sour cream
• 6 Bacon strips, cooked and diced
• 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
• 3/4 cup Green onion, chopped
• 1 Tbsp. Chipotle seasoning (optional)
Directions
1. **Preheat the Oven:**
Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. **Mix the Dip:**
In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, green onions, and chipotle seasoning (if using).
Reserve cooked bacon for topping.
3. **Bake:**
Transfer mixture into a 1-quart baking dish and cover.
Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
4. **Top and Serve:**
Sprinkle with diced bacon before serving.
