pork rind chaffle
- 1 cup Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds, crushed
- 2/3 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 eggs
1. Preheat waffle iron.
2. Beat egg, mix well with crushed pork rinds and cheese.
3. Grease waffle iron liberally. Pour batter into hot iron and cook until golden brown.
Optional: Add 1/3 cup of applesauce to the batter. Top with chopped pecans and powdered sugar.
