Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup southern recipe small batch pork rinds, crushed
- 2 lbs. lean ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 large onion, minced
- 3 celery stalks, diced
- 1/2 cup sugar-free ketchup
- 1 tbsp. creole seasoning
- 1 tsp. greek seasoning
- 1 tbsp. garlic powder
- sauce
- 3 tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 cup sugar-free ketchup
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 °F.
2. Mix all ingredients.
3. Form into a loaf and place in a breadpan.
4. Bake for 45 minutes.
5. While meatloaf bakes, mix tomato paste and sugar-free ketchup to make glaze.
6. Coat cooked meatloaf with glaze.
