Ingredients
• 1 1/2 cups Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds, crushed
• 1 lb. Ground beef
• 8 oz. Cream cheese, softened
• 2 Jalapeños, diced and deseeded
• 1/4 cup Green onions, chopped
Directions
1. In a large bowl, mix crushed pork rinds with ground beef. Divide into four equal portions and form into hamburger patties.
2. In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, diced jalapeños, and green onions.
3. Spoon half of the cream cheese mixture onto one patty, then top with another patty. Press the edges firmly to seal. Repeat with the remaining patties.
4. Cook patties in a skillet or on the grill over medium heat until they reach your preferred doneness, flipping halfway through.
5. Serve hot on your favorite keto bun or lettuce wrap.
