sweet and spicy chocolate drizzled pork rinds
- 1 bag pineapple ancho southern recipe small batch pork rinds
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups coconut oil
1.In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil and microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until completely melted.
2. Layout pork rinds on a large baking sheet.
3. Using a spoon or a whisk, drizzle melted chocolate over the pork rinds and let cool.
