Southern Pork Rind Pork 'n Beans Dip

  • Your favorite Southern Recipe Small Batch pork rinds
  • 1 can pinto beans, drained partly
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1 medium bell pepper, diced
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar


1. Place pinto beans in a medium bowl and mash until the desired consistency.

2. Place the remaining ingredients, including the mashed pinto beans, into a large bowl. Stir until combined. For a less chunky consistency, blend until smooth in a food processor. Add water as needed for desired consistency.

3. Serve with pork rinds.
