Modern Day Greens
- 1 bunch baby bok choy
- 1-2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 bag Southern Recipe Small Batch Korean Kimchi BBQ Pork Rinds
Sautè baby bok choy with garlic and fold in a handful of chopped pork rinds right before serving. Sprinkle a few rinds on top after plating.
